We are excited to launch "Emotional Freedom." The Emotional Freedom Blend is a targeted oil formula designed to relieve muscle tension and calm internal turmoil caused by the body's struggle to manage internalized emotions. It is common knowledge that stress and disruptive emotions can cause a fight, flight, or freeze response in the body. This all happens at the subconscious level. When the body goes into fight or flight, muscle tensions rise. When the body goes into freeze, muscle tensions soften and can feel weak or distant, but deeper systems, like the heart and adrenals, go on overdrive. The emotional freedom blend has been designed to combat this issue and is designed to keep the nervous system quietly in balance. When the body is not absorbing the emotions, the emotions come out in a healthy way. However, about 10% of the users of the blend have reported emotional “dumping” the day after use. Instructions for Use: 

For home use: Apply a few drops to the feet. Within a minute, the emotional calm should begin. For a more powerful effect, apply to the side body ribs, to hand widths under the armpit, at ribs 9 and 10, where important nerves emerge to the surface. 

For Psychotherapy: 

• Apply a few drops to the skin before starting the session. The body-wide nervous system calming should begin immediately. Emotion Freedom has helped people talk about issues without the body-wide trauma responses that accompany recalling negative memories. 
• For the therapist: Apply 1-2 drops to the sole of each foot if odor is a concern or to the side body at rib 9-10. It has been reported to help therapists to not “absorb” the negative emotions of some clients.

For massage or chiropractic adjustments of limbic or emotionally unsettled patients

• Pre-Adjustment: Apply a few drops to the soles of each foot of the patient; wait 1-2 minutes for the calming of the nervous system before performing adjustments. If muscle tensions remain after application, consider that the tension is not from an emotional source, and Sahu Unlock may be a suitable blend for the patient.

For Sleep or Stress-Related Tension Headaches:

• Apply a drop to each side of the body over ribs 9 and 10. These can be found to hand widths below the armpits.
• Inhale deeply after application to encourage nervous system relaxation. 

For Pre-Workout/Yoga: 

• Apply 1-2 drops to the soles of each foot before activity to encourage flexibility, improve deep breathing, and allow for movement of emotions out of the body.
